There are crews, equipment, trucks and Honeywagon dressing rooms everywhere around town - restaurants, neighborhoods, places of business and empty fields.  So, what’s the behind-the-scenes story for all the filming being done here in Santa Clarita?  At the November luncheon, the Valley Industry Association is pleased to feature a panel discussion and presentation on film and entertainment in the SCV


A high -powered cast of panelists will join us for the presentation:  Jason Crawford, City of Santa Clarita, and
Monica Harrison of L.A. Film Location.

Also invited to present is Steve Sligh, of Disney’s Golden Oak Ranch. 


Panelists will provide updates, stories and commentary regarding the entertainment industry in the area and attendees will learn firsthand how the film industry has a positive impact on the Santa Clarita Valley
and on your business.

And, this luncheon will be coordinated by the VIA Leadership Program participants as a culination of their training!  Since early summer, the Leadership Program has met monthly to engage emerging leaders with seasoned professionals.
